The Joie Bold R is a group 1/2/3 forward facing car seat suitable for children from 9-36kg (approx. 9 months to 12 years old). This all-in-one car seat has been equipped with integrated harness that can be used up to 25 kg of child’s weight. After that you hide the harness in a special compartment to convert the Bold R into a high back booster, which is intended to use with vehicle’s 3 point belt.

To keep little one safe, the Bold R features durable ventilated shell with excellent side impact protection that covers child’s head, body and hips. For extra safety whilst traveling, the Guard Surround Safety™ panels provide additional side impact protection and can be simply folded away when it’s not in use. The Grow Together™ system automatically adjusts harness with the headrest, so there is no need for re-threading the harness. The harness is easily tightened with a one pull motion. The headrest can be adjusted using one hand and features 11 height position.

With convenience in mind, the Bold R features soft padded seat with removable body support and three position recline to provide extra comfort for younger children. There is also a removable cup holder, which can be attached on the side. Installing the Bold is made easy with its 9 position retractable Isofix and simple top tether which all have indicators to ensure it is fitted correctly.
